Your information, treated with care.
This notice explains how FaithSpaces uses application details and optional development-update consent.
Information we collect
Founding Churches applications require your name, email address, church or organisation and role. You may also provide an approximate building count, building management challenges and whether major works are planned or underway. We record your privacy acknowledgement, optional marketing consent and the submission date. Please do not include sensitive personal information or details about other people.
Why we use it
Application information is used to review your interest in the pilot and contact you about the Founding Churches Programme. This is separate from marketing: we send general development and feature updates only if you choose the optional email checkbox. Refusing marketing emails does not affect your application. Applying does not create an account, guarantee selection or start an immediate trial.
Earlier expressions of interest remain recorded separately with their original consent. They are not automatically converted into pilot applications.
Storage and access
Applications and historical registrations are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and are accessible to the website owner for programme administration. The public website cannot read applicant records. Information is not sold or published, and no external marketing service is connected by this application form.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw optional email consent without withdrawing your application, or ask to withdraw your application separately. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information. Reply to any programme correspondence to make a request; a direct privacy contact will be provided before public launch. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. UK residents can raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Retention
Application details are kept only while needed to administer the programme and reviewed as it develops. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately; withdrawal stops future marketing. A specific retention period and the confirmed lawful basis for application processing will be added before public launch.
Cookies
The application form requires no account and uses no advertising cookies. Google Fonts receives ordinary request information such as your IP address. Hosting services may process technical information to provide and protect the website.
Before public launch
This notice must be completed with FaithSpaces’ legal data-controller identity, a direct privacy contact, confirmed lawful basis, specific retention periods, and processor and international-transfer details. These owner details have not yet been supplied.
